Sanctuary Lakes Resident Mobile App

How to download the app.

  1. Download Kindred by Keyvision or scan the QR code on the bottom of the page.
  2. Under Projects, select Sanctuary Lakes.
  3. Under Stage, select the stage you belong to (e.g. Signature - Gated - STAGE 28) and then in the Address field, select your address from the list.
  4. Select your account type (Owner Landlord / Owner Occupier / Property Manager / Tenant).
  5. Complete the rest of the registration and submit.
  6. Once submitted, you will receive a verification (check your spam / junk).
  7. After verification, your account will be reviewed by management for approval.
  8. Once approved, you will receive an approval You can now access the full app.

Landscaping Supplies
Sanctuary Lakes Resort Services has selected landscaping supplies available for purchase by residents. To place an order, please order through the Sanctuary Lakes Residents Mobile App - Kindred by Keyvision.

Green Waste Disposal
Green waste disposal is available for residents at our Maintenance Compound on Saturdays between 8:00am and 12:00 noon.

We are able to accept Green Waste only. We do not accept cardboard or household waste.

Photo identification with proof of residency must be provided to gain entry to the Maintenance Compound.

Waterfront Cafe

Waterfront Café Tender Update - 26th December 2023

The tender for the commercial lease of the Sanctuary Lakes Resort Waterfront Café closed on Tuesday 31st October 2023.  A total of 8 interested parties submitted their Expression of Interest for the space; of which each were experienced and qualified hospitality providers.

The Waterfront Café Steering Committee (formed in early October 2023, consisted of 5 members (Board Members – Jeanette Ward and Adrian Dent, Authorised Representatives – Alysha Lambert and Domenic Cichello and SLRS CEO – Trent Curwood)), kicked of the evaluation process in early November 2023.  The Committee have worked through a detailed selection process, shortlisting, and meeting with respondents on numerous occasions.  The objective of the Steering Committee is to recommend the preferred respondent to the SLRS Board of Directors – who will decide on the final preferred respondent and will negotiate the lease terms.

With the holiday period upon us, further evaluation and negotiations will take place in the New Year, with the outcome scheduled to be made by the end of January 2024.  

It continues to be our aim for the new hospitality offering to be open for residents and the local community by the end of March 2024!      

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank the Waterfront Café Steering Committee for their time and contribution to the process.
